Do I need a separate loyalty app?
No. SleekPass lets you display fields from your Shopify customer data — like order count and total spent — on the card. If you use Smile.io, LoyaltyLion, Yotpo, or any app that writes to metafields, those fields are available too. No integration needed.
How do customers get their card?
Four ways: a walk-in sign-up form at your counter, wallet buttons in order confirmation emails, the Wallet Pass block on your thank-you page, and the Loyalty Card block in the customer account.
Does it work with both Apple and Google Wallet?
Yes. Customers see the right button for their device — Apple Wallet on iPhone, Google Wallet on Android.
How does POS scanning work?
Each card has a QR code. Staff tap the SleekPass tile on Shopify POS and scan the code. The customer is added to the cart automatically.
Do cards update automatically?
Yes. When a customer makes a purchase, their card updates with the latest data. Apple Wallet users get a push notification when their card changes.
